At 1×1, we want your shopping experience to be as seamless as possible. If you need to return an item, our WooCommerce site, powered by the WP Swing Return, Refund, and Exchange plugin, makes the process easy and straightforward.

Return Process

Eligibility:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Items purchased on sale or during promotional events are not eligible for returns.

Steps to Initiate a Return:

1. Log In to Your Account: Go to our website and log in to your 1×1 account using your credentials.
2. Access Your Orders: Navigate to the “My Account” section and click on “Orders” to view your purchase history.
3. Select the Order: Find the order containing the item you wish to return and click on “View” to open the order details.
4. Initiate a Return: Click on the “Request Return” button next to the item you want to return. This will take you to the return request form.
5. Fill Out the Return Request Form: Complete the form by selecting the reason for your return from the dropdown menu and providing any additional details. Click “Submit Return Request” when you are done.
6. Receive Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your return request and, if approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with detailed return instructions via email.
7. Ship the Item: Package the item securely and include the RAN. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions using a trackable shipping method.

Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.

Refund Policy

Processing Refunds:

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria.
• Approved returns will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Non-Refundable Items:

• Items purchased on sale or during promotional events.
• Gift cards.

Exchanges

Exchange Process:

• To exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process to send back the original item and place a new order for the desired item on our website.

Defective or Incorrect Items

Reporting Issues:

• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately at customer.service@1×1.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
• We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return and promptly send a replacement item.
